“Firehouse Inn is filled with olde world charm. Hand painted walls, claw foot chairs, Bose audio system for easy listening, TV and a fireplace in large living room. Dining area can seat multiple guests in comfort. The hospitality is amazing! Donna’s cooking skills are mouthwatering and Mary is the go to person to get you settled in. Our bedroom had a very comfortable bed, lounge chair with ottoman and spotless bathroom. Shower was large enough for two people 👍! Will definitely visit again.”

We were here for an overnight stay and my kids (boys 5 & 7) LOVED being outside, jumping over the creek, petting the dogs, feeding the goats, and looking at the beautiful Highland cattle - then spending the evening chasing fireflies. This is a very special place if you're looking to just get away. We plan to come back for a longer stay. ”

“Nathan was one of the absolute best hosts I’ve ever had at any VRBO. He was kind, answered quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were there for a horse show at the equestrian center and the property was perfect! Most of the room was taken up by large built-in furniture that didn’t seem to really have any purpose other than taking up space.
