If you like broken elevators and toilets that flush once an hour, I cannot recommend this place enough. Because of a family emergency, I stated here twice in one week. The first week I was in the North building where the room was clean and the staff was nice, but one of the elevators was out of service. I was told the “regulars use it anyway, they just operate it manually”. Whatever. A few days later, I got another reservation and this time I was assigned a room in the other building. When I arrived at midnight, exhausted, I was told the elevators were out of service. I said, “ that’s weird, because you have a broken one in the other building too”. We were given I room on the second floor, When we got up there, we quickly found that the light in the bathroom was flickering off and on and the toilet didn’t flush. I called the front desk and the (really nice and apologetic) front desk attendant said we could move up to the fourth floor and brought our key to us so we wouldn’t have to climb the stairs back down and then up again 4 floors. When we got to the new room, it was about 90 degrees in there, the thermostat on the wall was dead, and there was an actual BROKEN WINDOW. I called the desk again and the guy came back up, gave us another room - which he inspected first this time - and finally we were able to get some rest. It seems like the toilets are on some low water program where they take many minutes -like in multiples of ten - to fill back up

Room was nice. Seemed fairly quiet. Bed sagged in the middle a bit. Not many utensils.
