Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses; les planchers en bois donne un style campagnard. Ça sent le bois dans les chambres. La vue est magnifique sur le Douro et Pinhao. Nous recommandons fortement!

The location, staff and meals were all excellent. Dinners, in particular, were a highlight. I did not like the two-storey format of the room and the bed (which was too small).

The hotel is beautiful and next to the river. You can rent e-bikes to ride around. Their restaurant is very nice overlooking the Douro River. Be aware that transportation to/from the hotel is limited as there are nearly no taxis in town and they only accept cash.

Beautiful hotel resort with gorgeous rooms, many having wonderful views over the Douro River and so too do both the fine dining and casual restaurant. Quinta de la Rosa also affords access to walks along its extensive vineyards. The rooms were very comfortable with good aircon and superb bathroom/shower, the only downside being that the climb up/down stairs can be difficult, especially if you're lugging a suitcase.
