Súper charming property. Wonderful view of the river and bridge at night and in the morning. Lots of nice restaurants and bars not only in the hotel but in the nearby old Sacramento neighborhood.

My mom and i stayed here and it was a fun experience. It is an ild ship so dont ve suprised if youre titled or what i was told called listing. Its a boat on the water! It was fun to stay in a piece of history! The food at the resturant on board was wonderful. The staff was very polite and were excellent. Now the parking can be tricky so we just paid for the valet parking threw them which wasnt bad and what i would totally recommend to anyone.staying there. Overall it was a great experience and i wpuld stay again if i was in the area.

We had a great rear corner room with a private deck area and a wonderful view of the Sacramento River and tower bridge. The onboard restaurant was really great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the poor WiFi service.

Saw a dog pile of 6 people fist fighting on the streets. Kept getting woken up by a small group of kids across the water LITERALLY screaming at the top of their lungs like psychopaths, Homeless and Crack heads patrolling the train tracks looking for handouts

The noise in the river was loud with party boats going down river with foul language from 6-10 at night. Front desk said it is what it is they could give ear plugs. Front desk had no answers to area when asked numerous times. 1 person was waiter bartender at lunch at 2:09 wore no gloves, touched money, dishes and served. Very low energy staff

Nice location. Very busy area on weekends. Staff never answer phone calls when calling reception. Staff is friendly. Best to use available valet parking $30.00 for 24 hours. Walking areas on both sides of Sacramento River, clean, quiet and safe!

Our room was very clean and it had great water pressure. Staff was friendly. Excellent breakfast. Lovely views, but the noise level on the river was terrible. Television didn’t work properly … froze the whole time we used it. Terrible coffee maker. I would stay again, but not on the weekend.

Very cool place to stay. Food at the Restuarant was good. I was scared it would be garbage but take the recommendation of the staff and you will be safe. TV was very glitchy, but who cares we were out and about all day and too worn out to watch it at night. The boat is very nostalgic Read some history on it and you will appreciate it more.

The 2 day stay w/3 couples started out very good. We had the most outstanding service by the check in staff, Apple and Dee and Mendy in the bar. We were having cocktails and playing cards on the patio. She was very attentive and took care of us. The next night we had 2 different bar staff (Monday night, very slow, only 3 /4 sets of customers. The bartender was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He would not wait on us, made us come in to order. Also, wouldn’t deliver to our outside table. At one point he came out and took our empties, which we had to bus ourselves, never looked at us or asked if we wanted more. When we returned about 8:00 to play cards he said we weren’t allowed to play in the restricted area near the restaurant. Only one table was occupied. We played for hours the night before. Unfortunately he is the only reason the rating isn’t higher.

No elevator. Sea lions on the river noisy all night. Parking is not obvious. Political rally on the river obnoxious. View is nice. Balcony seating is nice. Location great for Old Town. Lots of unhinged hang around entrance to ramp. Ramp itself is very uneven planks, not great for elderly people.
