The sheets and pillows appeared to be clean. There were no towels or hand towels, the heater wasn't working, blankets were very thin, smoke detector was missing, and it was loud and hard to sleep.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve been able to accomplish so much here in my stay with them. It’s a very comfort feeling to be in the hotel. Having my meetings in the breakfast area and even printing out things I needed to take care of my business. These gentleman are always here to help.

There's a lot of police there and undercover cars as well. Not a good place for families to stay, especially with younger children as there is probation sweeps on a regular basis and people going to jail... So if you're on probation, this is not a place you want to stay... TV had no remote, washer/dryer was broken for a week, although the night guy will help you with laundry by taking it to their industrial machines.. no trash cans in the room, at all, and there is no breakfast, but 4 months ago there was.. all in all, it's not horrible for the price and location, staff is great and will work with you if you can't pay on time some days.

Window was busted and taped to hold it together, firealarmnwasntneven on, office staff was very rude, room wasn't even cleaned, no towels or anything like that. Was a nightmare only be told I have to leave . Now I don't even get my refund back from Expedia... Thanks Expedia you aren't great either.

Had to pay for a deposit which left me broke, only had one towel with stains on it and had to go to Walmart to buy some, room didn’t have any sheets or blankets on it. Complained to the front desk. He switched me to another room with stained blankets and sheets. Horrible

First, we were given the wrong room number where there were people staying when we opened the door by a given key. Later, we got another room, but the fridge had not been cleaned. Old food and stinky smell made us nauseous. Room also has no trash bin. Dirty pillows. The only one plus is one of staff member was nice However, we never come back this place for sure.

This is one of the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very dirty we had water coming in through the door in my room no towels in the bathroom when I ask at the front desk for towels, they told me wouldn’t have any towels. At least 10 Cockroaches were crawling on the walls in the bathroom when I turned the light on at night time. When I reserved king size bed, they gave us one full size bed . Horrible experience.

Can you stay here? Absolutely. It seems in Oder to make it budget friendly they intentionally do bad things which are not at all required. The water is clogged, the pillow well, let’s call that a cushion. It’s horrible, the bedsheet is very questionable, if you walk every question of the room make sound, there is no water, coffee or whatsoever, the elevated doesn’t work, it looks like a haunted house With a lot of places broken, I dropped my cell phone behind the bed and I cannot describe the situation there, the bathroom light was blinking like a haunted house, the staff give me the card for the room, which didn’t work three times. All together as I said, this seems like intentional to make one hotel such bad. It’s almost on purpose. But can you stay here for a night absolutely why not. With the family absolutely not.
