“Good value for money. And 24 hours front desk. And aroind the corner there is a carrefour convenience store.”

“Excellent location, very clean, very nice looking, excellent staff, room was very nice and clean, all the amenities is excellent, the Lebanese restaurant was excellent. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century…. “Hotel and room was very clean. There were lots of good fine dining restaurants.”

“good👍”

“I recently stayed at this hotel for 14 nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful throughout my stay, consistently friendly and maintaining a warm, cheerful atmosphere that made the hotel feel welcoming from start to finish. Breakfast was a highlight every single day and the spread was varied, fresh, and generous, with plenty of options to keep things interesting even after two weeks. “nice room and nice staff”

“Loved my stay here. The receptionist was very nice, she showed us straight to our room and explained how everything on the property worked. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was very nice. Shower was great! The breakfast is delicious. Loved the croissants! Great location.”

“员工服务非常的好，一定程度上弥补了设施的不足。希望把一层的台阶改为坡道，方便行李箱进出。”

“Very spacious and staffs are helpful with 24hrs reception, right next to central train station and also metro station to travel old town or other destinations”

“酒店地址没得说，可以说非常中心了，爱丁堡城堡就在旁边200米处。火车站也离酒店大约1公里。 公寓设施还算不错，只能说在这个地段，价位比较合理。适合一家人旅游出行的。”

“Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was very good. Everyone was friendly and most helpful! Breakfast buffet is fresh, including hot and cold items. It was a very positive experience!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was cleaned regularly. The location is great. In the room there were little amenity packs such as sewing kits, toiletries and a shoe sponge. We found this to be a lovely little detail and it came in so so handy! Overall it’s a great hotel with a lovely atmosphere, definitely recommend as for the price they go above and beyond!!”
