"Great location for easy access to Cooper’s Hawk golf course, Melbourne , and the White River at Guion. Very clean and efficient space appointed with basic supplies and toiletries. Very comfortable bed with higher end bed linens/sheets. Peaceful, pretty and private location. Our host was super nice and checked to make sure we didn’t need a thing. Recommend staying here! "

"Great setup for a large group. Kitchen was amazing and two separate living areas kept everyone entertained. The decorations were very thought out. We loved looking at and reading some of the books that are too old to find on a kindle. Walking distance to great fishing and the town of Calico Rock. "

"We had a fantastic stay! Our group included my husband and I, our kids, my mother, and two of our friends and their kids (5 adults plus children ages 3-9). Each one of us had a wonderful time. We visited during the busy, popular 2024 eclipse time and spent an extended weekend relaxing and enjoying the lake view from the sunroom, the pier, the fire circle (perfect eclipse viewing spot!), and the back porch.
