The hotel at first site was very appealing, the women at check in was very nice, actually put us on the first floor as requested. When we walked into our room,it was very clea, very modern, and also very unt comments on pdated. Did not have breakfast, but It looked good. We were running behind, actually got the option to get to have late check out till ,1 pm very impressed, by that,no extra charge added to my bill. Was going to stay stay at a Hilton property, much more impressed by this company..Already making plans to come back during the holidays to stay another night. Thank you

I like the place in general; the people were really nice. The only thing that in my opinion, can be improved is the room cleaning. The rooms look clean but a few details were not completely clean.

Our stay was very well enjoyed! Lovely staff & facilities. Although the pool was under construction, there was minimal noise and the hotel was still able to offer necessities to support our stay.

Looked as if they are doing some work on property- which seemed to be needed. Our room was quiet and comfy and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Perfect for our travelling needs. The hot breakfast was nice as was the staff. The room was spacious and very well kept. We did not use the pool or other amenities as it was just a quick overnight stay before continuing our journey the next morning. I would recommend this hotel.

6/10 Okay

The hotel was undergoing renovations, but that did not affect us much. Our room was mostly done over and looked great, but the one bed was broken on the corner. The breakfast buffet was perfect for the price and location to the outlet mall is the best you can get. The hot tub was down while there so the winter stays felt a little colder. The staff were all very friendly and we had no issues at all.

Our stay was very reasonably priced. The pool area was under renovation, but that wasn't important to us. The room was very comfortable. Very convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Staff was very professional.

The hotel needs some elbow grease for sure. You can see that its worn but its convenient for the Frankenmuth autofest and that was what was important to us. The staff was great.

We had a much bigger room than we anticipated. They were in the midst of a remodel. The paint color was rather strange. Lavender is not a color that the hotel could pull off.

Hotel is close to where our activity was. I realize that the place was under going renovations but, our rooms did not have a hair dryer, coffee maker wouldn't work and the phone either. I fixed the phone and a staff member brought us a hair dryer. The beds were nice and our room was clean. The choice of colours is not to my taste, however I will stay there again.
