Pinesol smell way way overwhelming!!! Bathroom tub constant drip...not the cleanest place “penny on floor”, towels not stocked.

Dead roaches in the room, trails of bed bugs under sheets. Hair and glass in the bed. We checked in, looked around the room briefly and left. The front desk said after looking at the room "yes, it was a roach next to the bed but it was dead, not alive because we treated for them." Still waiting to hear if I'll get a refund through expedia. We weren't in the room for even an hour and the front desk said they couldn't refund me.
