We stayed here for 2 nights for a soccer tournament. The standard rooms are smaller than what you'd see in a holiday inn - double beds (instead of queen) and a tiny bathroom (smallest I've seen in a budget hotel). The breakfast was ok (DIY waffles, biscuit/gravy, eggs/meat etc.). During the soccer tournament, all the other hotels hiked their daily rates - sleep in was somewhat reasonable. The services were on par with the price paid.

Shops nearby as well as the expressway. We were able to get a room opposite the expressway but we were close to the back exit and that door was slamming all morning long. Pets are also allowed that we heard barking dogs as well. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint is all the excess noise.

Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable! Shower area was okay. Good amenities. Breakfast was nice. Loved the coffee and the nighttime tea. Needed sleeves for the the coffee/tea cups. Water was good and hot but needed cup sleeves. Staff we met were very nice.
