“Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Cairo West was great. The hotel was very clean — every time you reached your floor, you were greeted with a delicious, fresh scent, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were quick to answer any questions we had.
The pool was very nice, though we only got to use it one day. Service by the pool was a bit lacking — the wait staff serving drinks were hard to flag down, though that may have been because there was only one person covering the whole area.

“The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.”

“It was beautiful journey which I stayed beside Nile.
Everything was perfect. The staffs were lovely, Mr Maksa Rios is a very helpful man, and Mis Walaa keep smiling to make me feel comfortable.
The location was beautiful and spacious, the breakfast and other food was delicious. Highly recommend Jolie Ville. Excellent value than what I paid ”

“I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local and international dishes.
The view is simply unbelievable—waking up to the sight of the Pyramids was a dream come true. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, with many restaurants and services nearby.
One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset from the rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere……
