“We had a very nice stay. The room was brand new and very comfortable. The bed and linens are first rate. We had a lovely balcony with a direct view of the pyramids. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious and served on our balcony. The staff was very friendly and anxious to please. Someone is on site at all times.
This is a very small property- 4 rooms on one floor recently converted from an apartment. There is no common area or lobby and the street entrance is dim and the elevator small……

“Staff at time of my check in was very friendly and co-operative. Room is nice and clean, we have electric kettle in room but no tea, milk or coffee so please get your own tea bags or coffee sachet with you otherwise there is plenty available around there.
Location is brilliant and very close to many city attractions, plenty of shopping around and metro station in nearby.
Lot of local street food is there in that area.
Breakfast is very basic but served the purpose.

“Great customer service. The room was clean and all pictures are pretty much the same. The breakfast was amazing. The food at the lounge was good especially their signature burger and fairly priced. Location is great close to airport and a city star mall which was handy for the last day as Cairo can have very bad traffic. Overall really enjoyed my stay ”

酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜 品及早餐，很貼心的服務。
住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。
