The hotel is well maintained, conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. It is clean and quiet. The staffs are very helpful and willing to help. Our group of 12 all enjoyed our stay. I will stay here again next year when in Cairo.

The staff is very friendly. From the front desk to the housekeeping. Mariana was more than helpful with my elderly father and breakfast was great. The hotel is centrally located - which is great for shopping and getting around to famous landmarks.

This place has the kindest staff, we easily stored our luggage in the lobby and they took care of our every need. Plenty of water provided and we enjoyed staying locally. Cairo is now one of our favorite cities. We enjoyed getting to know locals and their kindness was overwhelming.

The property is clean and well maintained but the area it is located was noisy. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly and I would definitely recommend and be back when next I'm in Cairo.

Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. This hotel experience really made our Egypt trip great.

The hotel is at a good location, near Talaat Harb street. The room was impeccable (including shower with hot water), tasty breakfast. Very friendly and nice staff, in particular Nancy and Reham are very sweet and charming. Was an excellent stay for 5 days.

Notre séjour de trois nuits au Soft Hotel a été excellent. Le personnel est extrêmement dévoué et très accueillant. L'hôtel est situé tout près de la place Tahrir, ce qui est commode. N'oubliez pas que Le Caire est une très grande ville et qu'il y a beaucoup de monde. L'hôtel est donc dans un quartier très achalandé. Celui-ci nous a permis de bien nous reposer tout en étant très sécuritaire. Les déjeuners étaient aussi excellents et préparés avec soin. Nous y retournerions assurément !

la stanza era perfetta silenziosa , ( cosa non scontata al Cairo) nonostante fossimo in una zona trafficata e perfettamente pulita Il personale gentilissimo alla reception si sono alternate 2 simpaticissime ragazze una si chiamava Nancy l,' altra non ricordo. Ci hanno consigliato su cosa fare ,hanno trattato loro con i taxi e organizzato il transfert in aeroporto ad un prezzo molto onesto Colazione abbondante ,non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto. Intorno ci sono numerosi ristoranti , vie dello shopping,la fermata della metro è a 10.minuti
