Family Friendly 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Baths with a fantastic view of Marsh & Ocean

Our home is centrally located on Fripp Island in the desirable Ocean Creek neighborhood. It is close to everything! You are a short walk to the Cabana Club, activity Center, fishing pier and more. Take our 6 seat golf cart for a short ride to the island's beautiful beaches. or the Marina, where you can enjoy a great meal at Fripp's Bonito Boathouse or take an island excursion.

Enjoy the large, open floor plan on the main floor, designed for family gatherings and entertaining! You'll enjoy movie nights on the large screen Smart TV. And a wet bar with ice maker and small fridge. We offer a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. There are two eating areas, a separate dining room and a kitchen breakfast counter that seats 6.

After a sun filled day at the beach, come back and relax on our large screened porch and enjoy the beauty of the marsh and listen to the sounds of the ocean., with you favorite beverage of choice.

On the main floor, you'll find a large Master bedroom, with a king bed,. The Master bath, is outfitted with a large walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The upstairs offer two large bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom. The bedrooms have new smart TV.. The whale room has a queen bed and a bunk bed with standard size mattresses and a twin trundle. The Pineapple bedroom has two queen beds.

Also on the second floor there is a small deck off the bathroom, where you can enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean.

Amenity cards are not included with the rental, you may purchase these cards from us, for $50 per person, for anyone 13 years and older, during the season, Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day they are $35 for 4 night stay and $25 for a 3 night stay.

Included in the rental is a 6 seat golf cart and a four seat club car golf cart for your enjoyment riding around Fripp Island. Beach chairs Smart TV's, for your streaming, towels and bed linens. There is a gas grill for all your grilling needs.
The Amenity cards are use for any of the Fripp Resort facilities, Restaurants,

7 swimming pools, Tennis, 2 golf courses and food court.

Enjoy the game room in the garage that features a Pop a shot, enjoy jumbo Jenga or a friendly game of corn hole.

Great Week at Crabby Cottage
The house is wonderful. It has lots of room, and it had everything we needed and more. On a quiet street and the view over the marsh was perfect. We especially loved the screened porch and spent lots of time on it. The six-seater golf cart needs some TLC but it was so convenient for our little group. We took it out every evening looking for deer, which are all over the island. The kids called those times our "deer runs". Loved downstairs with all the games and seating area too. Very fun and relaxing. Our host was wonderful and quick to respond to my calls. One couldn't ask for a nicer host. We had such a wonderful stay, and we look forward to many more. I recommend this house highly.

Perfect Family Trip
This home was perfect for our group of 3 couples and one infant. The house was very clean, had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have privacy, and the owners thought of everything to provide for the stay. The kitchen includes any and everything you can think of, beds are comfortable, back screen porch is a perfect spot to start and end the day, and the “basement” with games is the perfect hang out spot to send kids (in our case adult kids but we also thoroughly enjoyed it). The golf cart came in handy traveling to and from the beach and island amenities. There’s plenty of parking and the house is in a great location. We’ve stayed in several homes throughout the island and this has been our favorite so far. Management (Sam) was responsive and communicated quickly with any questions we had. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Fripp Stay!
My family of 5 (kids are 9, 6, and less than a year) had a great first visit to Fripp and absolutely loved our stay at the Crabby Cottage. There was tons of room, it was fully equipped, the games were a blast, and nothing beats sitting in the rockers watching the sunrise over the marsh. Sam was a great host and very responsive, including sending over a full propane tank for the grill when we realized we were out of gas. To the other reviews, yes there are bugs. It's South Carolina and you're on the marsh. It's expected. The golf cart was super cool but a bit finicky - the ignition switch kept falling out and it's obviously been used a lot by renters. But it's big, it works, and it's fast! No complaints. We look forward to being back!

Another Great Stay!
We have rented this house previously prior to it selling to the current owners. I am happy to say that the house was even better than before! We have been coming to Fripp for over 35 years and used to actually own a house on the island. This is a great location, just a short golfcart ride to the beach or any of the pools located on the island. The house itself is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage space and cooking equipment. There was a gas grill as well as a charcoal grill. The gameroom downstairs was a very popular hangout for the whole family! Love the ice maker in the den. The six seater golf cart was great! Great views off the back porch to the marsh and you can definitely hear the waves at night! We will definitely rent this house again! Plenty of room for my extended family!

Sweet Crabby Cottage
All minor problems were handled quickly; coffee pot, Roaches were really bad, though. I understand exterminators are scheduled soon. Unfortunately, we brought some of those rascals home with us. Had to unload outside when we got home. Also, outlet under end table beside couch doesnt work. And the headlight is out on golf cart. Take care of those roaches and we'll be back for sure!!

We had the best experience staying at this property, it was on a quiet street and the screened in porch view was top notch, so relaxing. We spent so much time with our newborn looking over the marsh and having morning coffee! Sam was quick to respond with anything we needed!

Great House with something for Everyone!
My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in the Crabby Cottage. The location and proximity to the Cabana Club and Activity Center can't be beat. The house had everything we needed and more! The property manager was incredibly accommodating and did everything he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend this house on Fripp!

A Wonderful Week at Fripp
The house is great. Perfect layout for our Girls trip. Loved the view from the screen porch. Location is great and the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach and around the island. We'll equipped kitchen. We did have a few issues with the ice maker in the frig and the stand alone in the wet bar - neither worked so we had to buy ice everyday. Wine frig was also broken. The pocket door in the master bath was broken all week and the master shower was very slick with no with nothing to prevent slipping. We had someone fall. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this house s long as everything is in good working order.

Great family get together for the post Christmas and New Years. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Beautiful location and golf cart made it convenient to beach and amenities. Must rent property. We loved everything about the Crabby Cottage. Clean and spacious beach home perfect for our family of six. The porch (and view) was a highlight. Overall a good rental
The house was very accommodating to our large group. Although it could’ve been cleaner and there were a lot of rules compared to other rentals. Also, The washing mashing made a lot of loud noises. The golf cart worked good all week other than the breaks not working and it being hard to turn. But overall it was a good rental with just those few inconveniences.

Amazing property!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The screened in back porch with marsh and ocean views was amazing. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could want! We will definitely be back.
