The upstairs master is oversized and has a flat screen TV and a huge walk in shower with double vanities. The second bedroom has a spectacular ocean view, flat screen TV and own bath with tub and shower combo. There is also a full size washer & dryer on this floor. The Newhaven complex has been completely redone in the last few years. New siding and paint, and new roofs were added in 2016. The entire decking throughout the complex has been completely torn out and replaced in 2020/2021 as well as a new seawall.
