I LOVED the hotel, the location and everything about my stay in Deauville! It was a great choice and will absolutely be back! (Still pending using the spa!!!)

We originally booked a room with a partial sea view except the top half of the window was a mirror and you would need to be dwarf size to see the view through the glass below. They changed our room to a larger version except without a sea view. The SPA treatments were completely booked out over the 2 days we stayed and one would need to book in advance. Morning time was noisy from 6am with deliveries to the catering area which we could hear from our room. Otherwise, the hotel was OK but way overpriced considering breakfast was not included and the car park per night was €30.00 The area around the hotel is very good with a great choice of shops and restaurants.

Fantastic budget hotel

This place was not what we expected. The main imagery on Hotels.com shows a pool which we thought would be perfect for our baby, however we weren't allowed to use. On top of this, the floors of hotel are so so thin and we could hear everything that was happening above and below so didn't sleep at all.

The experience provided by staff here was amazing. Everyone we connected with was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. We didn’t get that kind of welcome feeling in Paris, so being here was an absolute treat. The bar is charming, breakfast was plentiful, and staff helped us with taxis, doctors, and offered carrying our bags up to the second floor. Would absolutely return again in the future, and hope to do so!
