"San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent."

Having a washing machine in the apartment and the Supermarket, Chemist and Bike tracks adjacent was great. Virginia is a super host, she reached out with details before arrival, was very responsive and flexible, she even stopped by to help turn on the heat when we asked for help. "Die Gegend ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht am Meer, man erreicht allerdings Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Stadt, Spanien etc. sehr schnell. Die Wohung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dadurch dass sie im Untergeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas feucht, was aber an heißen Sommertagen eher angenehm kühl wirkt. Der Pool sehr sauber. Die Besitzer wohnen zwar oben, sind aber sehr zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll."

"We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

"A lovely apartment, about 25 mins walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz. The accommodation was excellent (we provided our own towels and sheets) and communication with the owner was good. "Everything we found was in line with the description. The apartment is pretty, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is south-west facing and quite private. It´s only a few minutes walk to the beach (and bakery), 10 minutes walk to a well-supplied supermarket and a good half-hour to the center of Biarritz. "This was a lovely apartment to spend two weeks celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Some of the highlights were the beautiful view, just steps to the beach, and walking distance to the yummy bakery, cute shops and great restaurants. We rode the train from the CDG Paris airport, walked the 10 minutes to the apartment and did not need to rent a car. The apartment is well-furnished and it was a pleasure to meet Bertrand. It was a wonderful vacation!"
