Héritage Nature Chalet is nestled on a wooded mountainside, offering stunning views of a wild and protected lake located just across the street, recognized as a wetland. While the lake is not suitable for swimming due to muddy shores and algae in deeper areas, it provides a peaceful retreat for nature lovers and those interested in observing aquatic and birdlife. For swimming, Lac Rond beach in Sainte-Adèle is only a 12-minute drive.

Ideally situated halfway between the charming villages of Sainte-Adèle and Val-David (about 10 minutes), the chalet provides easy access to a wide range of activities. In winter, enjoy alpine skiing (7 min to Mont Belle-Neige), cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing right from the chalet, or relax in the private spa and enjoy ice skating or tubing. In summer, the area offers excellent hiking, road and mountain biking, climbing, golf (10 min.), canoeing, horseback riding, and of course, beaches including Lac Rond to cool off.

For shopping and daily needs, several stores are conveniently nearby: grocery stores (IGA, Metro, Marché Richelieu), bakeries, butcher shops, pharmacies, SAQ, outdoor gear shops, and local boutiques featuring artisanal products. The surrounding villages also offer a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars. For entertainment, Pine Cinema in Sainte-Adèle screens the latest popular films.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
◆ LONG-TERM RENTALS ONLY: Minimum stay of 32 nights.
◆ OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 11 guests, with no additional guest fees as long as this limit is respected.
◆ TAXES: No federal, provincial, or lodging taxes apply to stays of 32 nights or more.
◆ HOT TUB: Available year-round. Keep the floating dispenser filled with chlorine tablets and add chlorination powder after each use.
◆ BBQ: Available on the terrace, connected to the gas supply. Guests are responsible for snow removal and cleaning during their stay.
◆ OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: Available in summer only.
◆ PETS: Maximum 2 dogs ($75 + taxes per dog). Dogs must remain on the main floor. Safety gates are provided. Please protect furniture and clean up after your pets.
◆ SUPPLIES: Cleaning, dishwashing, and hand soaps are provided, along with coffee makers, filters, and a grinder. Bring your own body/hair products and coffee.
◆ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM and check-out by noon. Saturday arrivals or departures require prior approval.
◆ UTILITIES: $125/month for electricity and $125/month for propane are included. Any excess consumption is billed proportionally, with supporting invoices.
◆ OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: Located outside only, facing the entrance. Recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
◆ PRE-CHECK-IN: Mandatory with photo ID to prevent fraud and provide access to the Virtual Chalet Guide.
◆ SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000 credit card pre-authorization at check-in, released following the property inspection.
◆ INCLUDED AMENITIES: Internet, parking area snow removal, firewood, and all amenities listed in the Chalet Guide.
◆ SNOW REMOVAL: The owner clears the parking area. Guests are responsible for manually clearing snow from balconies, stairs, the entrance, and pathways to the hot tub and propane supply.
