This is a perfect place for a family vacation. The hotel is very clean and the food is great.

Not enough staff at this hotel. Not enough people for service staff, to provide towels, clean dirty tables at the buffet, serve drinks, answer phones, provide cutlery, etc., etc. All the "a la carte" restaurants they advertised were actually closed. The advertised 20% discount at the spa was not actually being offered. The hotel/airport transfers they offered were 50% more expensive than market price Not a single communications channel worked for us. For example, they were completely unresponsive on their own WhatsApp channel and calling Reception at 5555 (8 times) for a luggage porter led to no response. Our ventilation/HVAC system was not working and we could not get any help to fix it easily, so room on 4th floor would get hot and uncomfortable. Food was good, rooms were clean, pools awere nice.

Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent. Negatives: Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ). Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol. Needed a wheelchair for my mum - caused a huge amount of confusion amongst staff. Overall more like a 3/4 star hotel with 3 star service.Certainly not 5 star. Would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price ( got a special last minute deal). Reminded us of a sunny version of Fawlty Towers. Won’t be returning.

A FAMILY GUIDE: I you have a couple of kids, no other resort is comparable to Concorde de luxe. I want you to know where you are going to. I have seen lots of resorts in Antalya, but concorde is the only real family friendly resort. there lots of real facilities and diversities (v.s. other resorts' fake kids offers) they are truely engage with making what you want. this is a UALL resort that does not hesisate. they provide high quality food, bevrages and even high quality amusement programs for kids in their specialized kids club. The most interesting part of that is the other guests. you dont see a group of drunk man nearby. they are all just families seeking relax, while they are sure the kids are cared by professional nurses at the kids club. I want to send warm thanks specially to the staff of reception (Unur) and the restaurant (Memlik & Mehmet) who were really assisstive and did their best to make my family enjoy every second of it.

Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. Entire city is less active in winter not just resorts... as far as we could gather all resorts partially shut down in winter
