“After one of the most frustrating 2 travel days we have ever had, this place was a breath of fresh air. What was supposed to be a 12 hr travel day turned into a 36 hour “adventure” which meant we missed our entire first day in Fairbanks. The owners were very responsive and even credited us back a portion of our fees. The place is cute as a button and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Alaska!”

“The host sent check in instructions on time before our stay but the keypad ended up not working - not sure if it was weather related or not. We called the host and they picked up right away and helped us to get into the property. They offered to come to fix the keypad in the initial phone call but later in the day I got another call from them asking if we wanted them to come fix the keypad or if the alternative entrance worked for us and when we said that the alternative entrance worked, they……
