The rest of the room seemed clean. After being there for a couple hours with the space heater on high, the room was still only at 60 degrees. I asked the front desk if they had any extras space heaters/rooms available and he said they do not and dropped off an extra blanket. It was a very cold night and my room was 55 in the morning. So cold that the pipes had frozen and I couldn't even take a hot shower to warm up. Had they given me an extra heater (or provided a newer one that wasn't rusted), or just fixed the wall unit in the room, damage to the pipes could have been prevented. It’s very affordable and the rooms are cute, though they can vary quite a bit. In my experience the rooms are usually clean, but the bathrooms and laundry could use more attention. That said, the staff are friendly, and it’s one of the cheapest places you can stay, especially with a hot tub included. The staff was great - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was what I expected and what I wanted - a clean place to shower and sleep on a longer journey. Their check-in process is efficient, and their rooms are economical, and everything is clean and well maintained.
