Easy parking, no elevator to third floors. Only ice machine is on first floor. This is pet friendly Inn.

Elevator was broken, and they were remodeling an entire wing of the hotel, but the front desk employee was really good about meeting us in the parking lot to warn us about the situation so we didn’t bring ALL of our luggage up the stairs. Room was clean, pillows were comfy, although the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. All in all, it was a good stay.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Although the property was under construction during our stay, and the hotel has a little bit older features, the service makes up for it all. The staff was amazing — very attentive and friendly.

Overall staff was friendly however during the stay the elevator was out. Thankfully we were only there for one night second floor with toddler, so it wasn't exactly optimal but again thankfully it was only one night. Staff and breakfast was great.

The elevator was out so we were on the 3rd floor with no ability to be on first or second . The room phone was full of static and could not here the staff TRING to explain how to reconnect the tv to a service that would work
