“When we arrived the staff at the reception were moody and reluctant when checking us in. We asked for access to the safe upon arrival, the man on the front desk said they would be right up to open it for us, we were waiting for over an hour. When we got to our room the was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom that had taken over the whole room. On our first night there, there was a strange man waiting outside our corridor offering prostitution, which was concerning. When it came to checking out……

“Obviously the main selling point for this hotel is the location! The room was basic but functional. It could have done with more pillows. Some of the maintenance wasn't great - the door handle to the bathroom kept coming off. It could do with more plug sockets. Dinner and breakfast are very good - a large buffet with a good selection and surprisingly good food.”
