It wasn’t the greatest … after traveling all day you really are hoping for an easy and enjoyable experience when you get to a hotel. Staff were kind but seemed rather annoyed at my questions and my feedback about parking. Parking is a nightmare if you have any kind of vehicle over 6’2 or in another lot 6’9. The structures they use are not owner or operated by the hotel and any large vehicle is stuck parking outside in an unmonitored lot. Valet and Self Park are the same lot, same type of monitoring - only difference is one they park your car for $40 or you park your car your self for $30. Though having a pool and jacuzzi is nice and it is indoors - the jacuzzi is not the cleanest or warmest. There were clumps of other peoples hair getting stuck to us when we turned the jets on and the thick layer of bubbles created by the jets are a clear indication it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The rooms also very clearly allow smoking or haven’t been cleaned or aired out if they suspect smoking. Overall - for a Hilton it wasn’t nearly up to my experience standards of other Hilton locations and if needed I would choose a different location to stay.
