There is a kayak guests can use, which we did. The breakfast was especially good. It was spacious and comfortable, though a little bit worn. There were four chairs for use on the gorgeous back lawn, but two of them were broken. Instead of fixing one, it had been dragged into the bushes. There is a hammock but it's oddly hung and you can't really lie in it. The host is friendly and the room is quiet. We enjoyed the pleasant water view. The privacy afforded to the 3 units is also a plus, and the location is great. However, there is some room for improvement. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the exterior and outdoor space needed some maintenance and tidying. There is a hot tub over looking the bay, and access to a Kayak if one were to desire a small adventure. When walking down on the rocks below the room, we discovered an abundance of sea life, including the most oysters I have ever seen! The cherry on top was the fantastic breakfast that was hand delivered in the morning. It included Belgian Waffles, pork sausages, and fresh fruit. It was a very nice touch. The one critism I would have is, as a younger couple looking for a bit of later fun on the town, it is a little far for amenities as far as dinner or drinks go. They did mention that taxis will offer their services out there, but it seemed like a bit of a hassle. Other than that, we would absolutely come back again. The suite was quiet with lots of comfort and great views of the ocean. The adjacent hot tub was ready for use and well maintained. We enjoyed being able to relax in this quiet and fairly secluded area. Breakfasts were delicious.
