  • Nestled in a hamlet but still within easy reach of local attractions is this stunning contemporary property all on one level, the perfect family choice to explore all the Cornish delights. About a mile away along country lanes is the rural village of Tideford offering a traditional butchers' shop and a small, popular pub. Several supermarkets can be found within 7 miles. With quick access to the A38, this is a great base to explore the South West. Local attractions include Adrenaline Quarry (5.5 miles) Eden Project (25 miles) or venture out to the coast and visit the popular beaches of Downderry and Seaton (7 miles) and the popular fishing village of Looe (11 miles) with bars, restaurants, local shops and boat trips.

    This is a wonderful contemporary home with bright spacious rooms and boasting fabulous countryside views over open fields from every room. The spacious entrance hall offers plenty of storage for coats and shoes and leads through to a stunning family kitchen/dining lounge offering bundles of light from the huge patio doors, plenty of dining space around the six-seater table and a fully equipped kitchen, the perfect place to come together. The lounge offers spectacular views out over the lawned garden and beyond as well as a Smart TV where you can kick back and relax whilst watching all your favourite programmes. The utility room is off the kitchen and has its own handy entrance. The adjacent hallway leads to the three bedrooms, a good size double with patio doors and en-suite shower room, a twin with country views and plenty of storage and the fabulous master with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and dual-aspect views of the countryside from two sets of French doors as well as a Smart TV. Next door is your very own dressing room with hanging space.

    Outside is a large patio area with seating, where you can enjoy a BBQ or relax in the sunshine. There is also a lawned, private, field for you to make the most of by simply stepping outside and a pretty summer house with more seating. There are some toys and games provided for small children to play with in the outdoor space. To the front of the property you can enjoy the immaculate, landscaped area with seating and a fire pit. There is ample off-road parking. It is not currently possible to EV charge at this property, but there is a charge point within three miles.
