"I recently stayed at the Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao and found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The amenities and location by the waterfront added to the charm of the hotel. However, I did notice that the floors could benefit from deeper cleaning, as they appeared a bit neglected. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend the hotel with the hope that the cleanliness issue will be addressed. "

"The pounding very loud music from 3 to 7 pm was awful. It is repetitive. Way too loud. Irritating and intrusive. In my room I could not rest The trio at night was pretty good But the lady singer , who had a nice voice. , Was way too loud for the setting the band and we could not have a conversation during dinner Also her echo on her vocals was way too much. She would sound better without it. I am a pro musician from the USA so I know about this. Please do not require the entire area to be subjected to that terrible pounding 4 chord computer music. If I had known about it. I would not stay there The. Room was very nice. Staff was great "

"The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Nice view of Talikud island. Has steps that go down right into the ocean for swimming. Watched some sea turtles swim by from our balcony. It is close to the local culture. Some good resturants, street food and kaputian beach within walking distance. The locals are amazing and friendly. I Totally recommed this place. "
