Desk was open 24hrs. And staff were so friendly to greet me at 3am after an overnight train ride. Great breakfast selection and super location for all the major sites in Samarkand.

ツインルームで予約をしましたが、Executive ルームにアップグレードされていました。至れり尽くせりといったホスピタリティー感ではなく、wifiの情報なども自分から聞かないと勝手に教えてくれたりしない感じが返って心地よいです。 プールがあったので予約しましたが、残念ながら私の滞在中は水の入れ替え中ということで、使えるようになるのが、「今日かもしれないし、明日かもしれない」というまたもやリラックスした回答笑。 立地も良く、大変心地の良い時間を過ごしました。

アーリーチェックインをさせてくれて助かった。スパも予約制の1時間単位の貸切で利用できたのもサウナ好きにはよい。朝食の種類はあるが質が悪く美味しくなかったのは最大の改善点。

Location of the hotel was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Rooms were reasonable clean, but everything in this hotel slowly falls apart. Beds were were uncomfortable, and every time I turned I felt like I was falling down. Small window in bathroom wouldn't close and birds would poop inside, leaving bathroom smelling horrible. Breakfast was passable. Pool in pictures looked nice, but in reality is very small. Spa takes forever to heat up, planks are uneven and have nails sticking out. Jacuzzi doesn't work. I would never again choose this hotel.

Incredible!

Wonderful place, the staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. It is in a safe location only 10 mins walk from everything. Really lovely place.

This hotel is fantastic! The cleanliness is impressive, and the staff is attentive and helpful. A very special thanks to the reception staff especially Azizah and Bobur whom is very helpful to us . Its prime location near main attractions is a huge plus. We can easily walk or take a short taxi ride to popular spots. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and comfort.

Excellent hotel, newly opened. The staff is very helpful and extremely generous. We (four of us) went there for my birthday and the staff bought a cake for me, one staff person walked with me to the ATM machine. The hotel is conveniently located, only five/seven minutes’ walk to the Registan and in a very safe area of the city (Samarkan is in general very safe). The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is also a sauna, a small pool, and a steam room (no gym). The breakfast is rich and is offered on the terrace of the hotel. All the staff speak very good English. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This place is so disorganized. Amenities are only available 1 hour per day and the steam room wasn’t even working. The sauna was falling apart. Unfinished trim all over the hotel. I lost my PLASTIC key card and they charged me $10 dollars! The food was cold and service at the breakfast was not good. This place is a tourist trap. Beware!
