English is spoken by several staff members. No elevator but our luggage was carried up and down by staff upstairs. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. They took great care to make us feel welcome. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Registan Square and Mosque.”

“Easy access to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Registan square, and Shirin Bika Aqa Mausoleum. The little downside is access to the Hotel in inconvenient as the hotel is located in a restricted zone. ”

“There are positive and negative aspects. The building is clean and has character (high ceilings and moldings). Its location is in a wonderful park that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Went to restaurants and cafes. People watched. But the downside is that our small room had no AC for three nights. The staff did not take care of it after the first complaint. And could not fix it after the second. ”

“The Staff was very warm and welcoming. They even prepared breakfast early when they came to know that we're leaving early morning. The location is perfect and near Registan Square and a lot of markets for food and shopping. We ate a lot 😄 Rooms were good but bathroom was slightly tight in space. ”
