Super place to stay. Very friendly staff always there to do more that’s is exceptional! I love to visit again Samarqand again and stay in shahram plus. Very clean and everything is super maintenance.

Lovely stay

Good accommodation with a lovely family guest house. Rooms clean and basic, just what we needed. The host was prompt with fixing some small issues we had such as water pressure. Bed placing/AC placing could be better - only because one side of the room would get cold while the other side was still stifling.

It is located in a quiet location and walkable to Registan Square. Breakfast is good enough for us. There are some smalls things that make the hotel room not as up to date, e.g., peeled paint from night stand, the rim of the bathtub was loose, etc..

All has been perfect for my stay in Samarkand. The location is at a 5 min walk to the Registan and all the interesting spots of the city center. The street is safe and quiet day and night. And more than everything, the staff is so careful and attentive. Thank you very much !

スーツケースの鍵が壊れてしまい、フロントスタッフに相談。 鍵を壊すためにドライバーを借りる必要があった。無事ドライバーを使って開けることができたが、ロックされたままの鍵のため、スーツケースを閉じるために毎回ドライバーが必要であることからドライバーを売ってる場所を教えてもらおうとしたところ、ドライバーをプレゼントしてくれた。買取ると何回言っても、お金はいらないと言ってくれた。 とても優しいスタッフでした。他のスタッフもみんな優しかったです。
