1 staff person on a Friday for checkin! Waited 20 mins to check in. Room are dated but besides that the stay was ok. Never understood having to pay for parking when I’m guest of YOUR hotel.

Not hot water on the shower and now they charge the parking lot. The TV remote control didn’t work well. The bed is very comfortable and the room was well cleaned.

When I arrived they did not have the rooms available that I had booked. When given another room there were not 2 beds as they stated. Had to wait over an hour to get another room with 2 beds. Then at 12:30 am they booked our room to another group and asked us to leave our room. This was a horrible experience and they stated they will be sending a notice to Expedia to refund our room costs.
