I would like them to have more variety of food, the truth is that the hotel seems expensive to me and then they offer you little food and expensive, I have paid for cheaper hotels that offer food at breakfast and more variety.

No Ice, safe, or microwave. Phone in room did not have a direct line to front desk. Girl working at the bar looked bothered to get up and serve. Front and housekeeping staff were friendly. Room was clean. Pool could be bigger for size of the hotel.

My stay was wonderful all though I have yet to receive my deposit back that was double charged by a staff member who kept referring to her husband that had nothing to do with me and the manager assured me that it would be taken care of and we still haven't heard from her. So if you stay make sure you pay attention to the charges on your account.

There was a huge cockroach outside the door of the lobby. Our room smelled like wet dog, the carpets felt oily, and parts of the room that had been repaired were unfinished. I am never staying at Aloft again. So disappointed.
