We really like this hotel however our bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way it had a big gap where you could see through. I called for maintenance I believe they came and fix part but still had a gap not sure what it was or if that’s how it was supposed to be. Super uncomfortable since we were with another couple and you could see through the gap.over all the property is really nice everyone was very attentive.definitely recommend if no door issues.

Very clean and nicely located property, front staff was very friendly and super helpful. One of the cleaning ladies said no English when I let her know there were no more pool towels and when I switched to Spanish she acted very annoyed she had to do her job and get me a pool towel. The lady she called on the other hand was very nice.

Whenever we go to San Antonio we always stay at this hotel because it is convenient, clean, staff is always nice, we really like it but this time the experience wasn’t so pleasant, they only gave us one key due to shortage and that key didn’t worked, I had to go up and down the elevator (room to front desk) about 4 times and the issue was never solved, they sent maintenance but the problem persisted, so not being able to enter our room without the assitance of the maintenance guy was very impractical.

A super nice hotel. I love that it’s right on the Riverwalk. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is clean. Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was very delicious.

You can catch the boat shuttle right out back to visit The Pearl, or you can walk a few steps to the strip of shops and restaurants. Just be sure to go towards the right (Pressa St or Commerce) and not left, lol.
