Overall good. We enjoy our stay however they should extend the brake fast time a little. And or offer room service. A restaurant/snack bar in the facility would be a good idea.

I loved the location of this hotel and the size of the rooms. However, I didn't care for most of the staff I encountered. I felt discriminated against in some instances. I felt my room could have been refreshed or cleaned more often than it was. I had two days' worth of dirty towels in my room before someone came to clean it. I don't know if they have staffing issues, but I was not impressed with their service.

Overall everything was great, however a few things to mentioned. I think a hotel with 7 floors should have more than 2 elevators. Also elevators were extremely slow, this was most inconvient at breakfast and dinner time. Bathroom extremely small, had to almost stand in tub to close door. Breakfast was ho hum.

I was not aware of the expensive parking fee - I just stayed 1 night but I was charged $50 plus tax. So, the 1-night stay at this Hyatt Place Hotel cost me $50 more than I planned. Also, the bathroom is veeeeeery small!, I had to put a leg inside the bathtub to be able to close the door every time I used the bathroom. I will not stay at this hotel on my next visit to San Antonio.
