Location and convenience was the only positive. You pay for a river view and see nothing not worth it ! We arrived no working tv didn’t get moved till next day after we had someone banging on our door waking up by 9 month old ! Guy trying to fix our tv stayed in our room for the two hours we waited to get a new room ! And all we got was oh we will give you a credit so you can go have some drinks ! We will never stay here again. We wanted to have a get away to relax and sit back in our room and the whole thing was a huge inconvenience. Don’t bother paying for valet either your better offf going across getting your own car from parking garage we would wait 20 min each time to get our car.

The first day was a nightmare. The front desk staff seemed to have inconsistent and invalid information regarding how to handle the fact that they committed/charged to a type of room online but upon checkin did not have it. They lied and said they only had a King bed available when infact it was a small conference type room with a pullout bed that looked like a twin/full. I had to insist and ask for a rollaway. The two front desk ppl did not seem to care much, almost decentralized to customer care. A manager must have seen on camera the dissatisfaction because he came out and attempted to rectify by providing a credit to the room. I asked if they could be sure the next night that we had the room we purchased online and they said yes, just come here early in the morning. It was late, a holiday, and we missed other plans because of this shortfall, so we just gave up and went to the room. Completely uncomfortable. Unable to sleep in, we woke at 0730 in the morning to make sure we could secure the room we purchased. We asked for a manager and again the young lady at the desk was unwelcoming and unpleasant, a little sarcastic. She proceeded to probe, as if resistant and lacking empathy. I continued to insist and he came out. Given the escalated issue, I'd expect better service from all three of these front desk staff. The only ones professional enough to handle the issue were 1st day managers and one other staff- literally saved face for Hyatt. Many homless patroling area. 😔
