The staff from the valet, front desk, wait staff and even in room service could not have been more amazing. All so kind and greeted us like we were the only ones there. We had an issue with renting the cabana but the staff was quick to resolve it and when I shared my concerns with them they listened to every word, stayed course with eye contact and wrote down everything I said... Rare in this day and age. They were fully packed when we were there and besides the minor hiccup of tissue and tp refills every was as smooth as it comes. The restaurants are amazing too. The bar is SO beautiful and drink prices reasonable for a hotel at peak hours. We will definitely be back.

I booked this hotel based on reviews and location and aesthetic were beautiful. Room was very spacious loved the bathroom, the bed was very comfortable slept like a baby. There was no ice machine, but room service was very fast at bringing anything we needed up. Also the elevators are kind of old so the lines would build up constantly. Overall a great stay, pool area was nice and had family time in the mornings. Will definitely come back when we visit our son at the air force again !

Classic luxury hotel from the 20’s. Note the marble, woodwork and solid brass throughout, as well as the overall atmosphere. Enjoyed the restaurant, mussels, scallops and crème brûlée. Well renovated with very nice bathroom layout. Easy walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk

The hotel overall was good, we had an incident with valet parking. Left the car one day and the next day when we requested back we noticed it was all dirty inside and everything was moved out of place. Like someone went through our stuff. No answers were giving to us. Due to this will no stay again.

Perfect staycation to celebrate our anniversary. Staff was super friendly and we spent tons of time at the rooftop pool. Had a great meal at Rabelle. And we enjoyed walking downtown, visited Devil River’s whiskey distillery, hit up Voodoo Donuts, and had an amazing breakfast at La Panaderia bakery & cafe.
