The only quibble was that the listing made it look from the picture like the Beach was right outside the door when it was a bit of a walk. go down the hill turn the corner go down the steep staircases and you get to the beach, but it is not right outside the door. Anyway, to make up for that a great café down the block, which had fabulous breakfasts and lunches. Great neighborhood easy to drive to town. Everything about the place was absolutely fine.
