Everything you could want is all walking distance, one block to CVS and Ralph’s, and dozens of local bars/restaurants in the area. There is a large community sun deck with a jacuzzi. Easy access to the condo with an elevator from the lobby attached to the parking garage.

Cable HD TV in living room and HD TVs with Chromecast in both bedrooms. Romantic double shower in the master bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need to feel like you are at home. We even provide beach towels/beach chairs/body boards for your beach enjoyment. We also have a locked gated area in front of the condo for bikes.

Please keep in mind this is a quiet residential building with full time residents, it is not a party complex. There are strict rules regarding noise and any violations could result in fines levied against the tenant, up to and including eviction.
