We spend as much time as possible at the cottage so it is fully appointed. It will feel like your second home and not a rental.

This beautiful million dollar cottage is just one house from the beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. While it is only 400 square feet the elevated wrap around deck outside the double French doors turns the family room in to an indoor outdoor space with an amazing view of the white water.

We have appointed the cottage and added amenities for couples who are willing to pay a little more to have the very best. It comes fully stocked with everything you could need including bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen with all types of wine, champagne and martini glasses. Our goal is for this to be the nicest vacation rental on the beach and based on the reviews we believe we have succeeded.

There is no reason to rent a condo with people beside and above you when you can rent this stand alone cottage on a very peaceful court.

Parking is a one car garage with an 8' wide opening and will fit a vehicle up to 17'.

We have limited the occupancy of our one bedroom one bath cottage to two adults. It is the absolute perfect place for a couples getaway. If you want to have friends over we limit the additional guests to 4 being a total of 6. This is due to noise ordinances that are strictly enforced.

Great Beach Cottage

A perfect place and location for a relaxed beach getaway!The house is charming and had everything we could need. We especially appreciated the wrap around deck. The owners are very helpful and responsive. As avid walkers who love to explore new places by foot we were able to park our car in the garage when we arrived and not need it until we left! Highly recommend this property. We would definitely book again!

Cute cottage right off the beach

This property was clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located. The view from the deck is incredible and gives you the waterfront experience without the traffic. The hosts were great to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

This was an absolute perfect place for 2 people! Very well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, at the beach, and everyday items. Location is perfect. One house back from the boardwalk but with a view of the ocean. Comfortable bed, great shower, and plenty of towels. Beach chairs, bikes, and the washer and dryer made our week even better! We completely enjoyed the week at this little piece of heaven!

Beach House Proper

Beautiful spot in the Mission Beach district with easy access to the boardwalk and the beach. Food, shopping and bars all within walking distance. The house is small, but perfect for two people, clean and in excellent condition with everything you need. If you like the beach, this is a great pick.

Cozy Beach Cottage

You simply can't beat the location -- steps from the beach, an unobstructed view of the ocean from the exterior deck (and from the couch in the living room). The house is meticulous, all amenities provided, and beach chairs/umbrella, as well as bikes are available to use. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. We hope to come back again soon!

Amazing Cottage

Beautiful Condo on the beach!

We fell in love with this property. Its small, but the perfect size for two people. The owners thought of everything and created a resoursful use of the space! The deck is lovely and the view is ocean front. The location is great!! We made great use of the bikes and enjoyed eating/shopping at Pacific Beach and Belmont. We definitley plan on staying here again!!

Off Boardwalk Beach Haven

We enjoyed our first stay at this wonderful little charge after spotting it on a previous trip to Mission Beach. It's such a cute, comfortable little place with a stunning ocean view! We biked all over the area on the provided beach cruises, cooked up a tasty steamed clam dish in the well furnished kitchen, and spent hours on the deck people and ocean watching. Can't wait to stay here again!

Mission Beach getaway

this property is as good as it can get for a small group of two adults. One can find properties right on the boardwalk, but they are much larger for larger groups, this one is absolutely perfect for a couple. It really does have an amazing beats view, it is on a nice. Quiet court. It is very shortwalking distance to several good places for breakfast and lunch and several blocks from fun, restaurants and bars closer to Krystal pier. The property, the owners, everything is easy and great. Highly recommend.

This is our fifth stay at the cottage and absolutely enjoy every second no matter what time of year. It’s quaint and cozy with an excellent deck view to the beach. The interior is very well done and equipped, making it a very comfortable stay. Ross and Lori maintain this cottage impeccably.
