The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is the perfect beach getaway. This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 50 steps from the bay and two short blocks from the ocean. Coffee shops, shopping (including groceries), playgrounds, Belmont Park activities, casual and fine dining and countless beach activities are all within walking distance.
We are local hosts that live nearby if you need anything during your stay. Property owner lives upstairs and may be available for urgent matters. He can be contacted by ringing the doorbell intercom.
Getting Around:
If parking on the west side of the home is too narrow, parking is available on Mission Blvd; however please pay close attention to parking signs. Street sweeping signs require no parking between 8:00 - 10:00 AM on Monday & Thursday on the West side, and on Tuesday & Friday on the East side of Mission Blvd.

🐾 Pet-Friendly: Minor pet hair or wear may be present; just part of a pet-friendly home.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Feel free to smoke in the yard
