📝 THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs and beach towels.
• Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions.
• ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
• Dog Friendly: 1 dog under 25 lbs allowed (non-shedding breed only) w/ fee. Must be kenneled when left unsupervised. No other pets allowed without Coast approval.
• Condo has shared wall on the south side.
• Bedroom near the kitchen does not have an AC vent but has a ceiling fan and is adjacent to cooled living space.
• Condo spans second, third, and rooftop levels – stairs required, no elevator.
