The studio is high end and well appointed. It comes complete with a large Flat Screen television, Wi-Fi, Direct TV, fully furnished kitchen, breakfast table, chest of drawers, Queen Diamond Mattress, convertible leather futon (fresh linens included), sky light, and beach essentials! You will find everything you need to enjoy the beach! Beach chairs, fresh towels, boogie boards and a Soft Surfboard.

Pet Friendly, with a fenced courtyard. The pet fee is $75. The quaint courtyard is beautifully landscaped and has a BBQ and Teak Picnic Table and is shared with two other great rentals.
