(199 reviews) Spotless rooms and beautiful hotel and otherwise amazing , but my reviews are a little different because this hotel was chosen for how they could also manage my celiac disease safely. They managed , but poorly in the options and flavor of the safe selection. They really over exaggerated their abilities and underperformed with the gluten free. It required many difficult conversations, repeatedly explaining over and over to each staff and felt I was always complaining and I felt badly for it . I felt they didn't really understand how hard gluten free is or their was constant misunderstanding between them and staff and kitchen etc. I never relaxed because I was constantly stressed about food. It was hit and miss with the fixes they tried . They kept wanting me to help them correct the problems so they are trying. I hope its better for the next celiac who travels there because otherwise its amazibg and a beautiful location. .
