We were welcomed upon arrival, check in was easy, and the room was gorgeous. Perfect neighborhood to wander with shops and cafes, just a few blocks from Recoleta Cemetery. Most importantly, when our flight was cancelled, they were able to find us another room (this one was the upgraded two floor suite) to help us stay another night in BA. They were so kind and helpful and made what could have been a stressful end of our trip, truly a delight! Highly recommend!!
