Everything about this hotel snd the experience there is amazing, it’s decor, it’s cleanliness, it’s absolutely pristine, it is immaculate with it’s cleanliness, it smells incredible, the decor in the lobby when you first walk in is very high-end and regal-there are large containers, filled with lemon ice water to welcome guests with. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and also multilingual, check-in went incredibly smooth, they were extremely accommodating and even offered to help with me confirming excursions I had booked, I’m not fluent in Spanish and was having trouble confirming, the gentleman working the desk called the Tour Group for me and confirmed all of my details for pick up… Which was incredibly nice and greatly appreciated. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious, well stocked, and the dining area in the restaurant is beautiful The rooms were in true form to the rest of the hotel, absolutely pristine- very modern, very elegant, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, it was a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. This is in a great area of the city, very high-end and close to all of the attractions, I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience there, I know I will return to Argentina again in the future and will absolutely book my accommodations at this location again

The property is not in a hotel district, but near the bustling commercial strip of Santa Fe Avenue. I was not impressed by the Palermo shopping mall (nothing to do with hotel but 2 blocks away); it has no soul. The Recoleta urban market and the San Telmo market were both more appealing. The Eco Bulnes is a block from a subte stop. A carrefour supermarket is 2 blocks away. There are likely dozens of cafes 2-3 blocks from the hotel. There was always someone at the desk. You have to be buzzed in to enter the lobby, but this always took less than a minute. It does make you feel very safe, although the neighborhood and Buenos Aires, both felt very safe. The rooms have one universal plug that takes both European and American plugs. If you wish to plug in more than one device or charger with the foreign prongs, you will need either an extension with multiple outlets or to buy some converter. I believe I saw them for sale at various shops along Santa Fe, I bought one while I was in the USA. The cafe linked to the hotel gives you a 10-15% discount for breakfast, but as I said, Buenos Aires is saturated with cafes. The TV has dozens of channels, but nearly all in Spanish (RAI is one of them); they have CNN Latino (based in either Mexico or Columbia). Then again, you are traveling to a mainly Spanish speaking country. The desk staff was very courteous. I was not bothered by noise, an occasional dog barked at night, but Argentine's love their dogs. This was a clean comfortable room.

Excelente hotel. Suite Park vale a estadia Café da manhã muito bom. Localização perfeita. Lindo jardim.
