Completely remodeled. Everything Brand new. Construction just finished. You only need to bring your clothes and toiletries! –Lots of windows and light. Beautiful crystal chandeliers. Wood floors throughout. Black marble bathroom and kitchen backsplash. Brand new appliances. Brand new heater. Everything new. Fresh paint. Lots of architectural details. Very elegant. –It is a classic Mediterranean style home that was converted into 3 apartments. This unit is the top back unit. Views towards Golden Gate park. Overlooks courtyard with roses and fresh landscaping. Has it’s own private deck and patio furniture. –Plenty of parking avail on street for free. No permit needed. –Washer and dryer located in garage. NOT coin operated. –Beautiful wood floors throughout apartment (except in bathroom which has beautiful black marble). –The entire apartment was freshly painted in Tiffany blue with shiny white trim. LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING ROOM: –Open the front door to find a big open beautiful eating, dining and living space. All wood floors, archway separating kitchen and dining area from living area. Big and beautiful chystal chandelier over dining table. Sofa pulls out into full size bed. Large flat screen TV with DVD player. –Use of all the furnishings and decorations that you see in the pictures come with the apartment. KITCHEN: –Big eat-in kitchen with tons of space and large pantry. –New cabinetry, counter top, all new appliances, etc. –Glass top dining room table that seats 4\. Great space for working on the computer too! Great views from table out windows. –Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking–all appliances, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, every type of glass, bowl, plate, etc. are included. MASTER BEDROOM: –Queen size bed. It is a Serta orthopedic mattress that is supposed to be great for the back. –Very pretty bedding and pillows all included. Everything matches and flows together. Very romantic. –Very beautiful parisian style armoir and night stand. 10 ft closet for lots of storage. Flat screen TV with DVD player so you can watch TV from your bed. All wood floors. Chrystal chandelier in bedroom. BATHROOM: –Brand new bathroom. Black marble tile on floor and shower walls. –6 jet jacuzzi tub. Great for showers too. –Brand new pedestal sink and faucets. Towels included. –Big window in bathroom for natural light. Bathroom old hollywood style light over mirror/sink. LOCATION: –UCSF is a few blocks away. Easy walk. It has a great fitness center/gym and swimming pool. –Tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, crepe places, nail salons, and cute shops within a couple of blocks. –Downtown Inner Sunset (9th & Judah) is only 2 blocks away. Great sushi restaurants, book stores and supermarkets in the city are only a few blocks away. –Several good yoga studios nearby. –Golden Gate Park, Museums, the arboretum, etc. are within a few blocks. –The N-Judah Muni stop is only a block away. It is very easy to get downtown within 25+ minutes. Or you can go the other way and be at the beach and ocean within a minutes. –This place scored 88 out of 100 on Walkscore because it is one of the best places to live and walk everywhere in San Francisco and even in the whole U.S. TERMS: –Extra charge for all utilities: central heating, gas, electric, water and trash. Plus, high speed wireless Internet Access, Smart Tv, and use of washer & dryer in garage NOT coin operated. Washer and dryer are located in the garage with 2 big clothes lines too. –Deposit required.
