Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee facility in room though. Would stay here again. It had the charm and decor of a traditional Italian hotel.

The breakfast selection was very limited. I had the impression that the room we were given was for second-class guests. The entrance was on the side, in the part where the hotel staff also lived. A bonus was the daily room cleaning and free parking. Finally, an unpleasant surprise, when paying for our stay at the hotel, the receptionist added city tax to the price, something no one had mentioned before.

Close to everything! Excellent rooms and good breakfast. Skip the coffee - it’s from pods.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, outstanding customer service and excellent breakfast

I have it a higher than average rating due to the staff being very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and gave very large portions of food. I tried the gnocchi with salmon and the grilled salmon with a side of grilled vegetables and both were very good. There were hot water issues and AC issues the first night but both were fixed by morning. The particular room we stayed in did have older stained carpet, so it appeared not clean. Parking was no issue for our rented car due to the parking lot being large.
