Rooms are extremely dated and require major refurbishment. Staff at the bar are extremely rude. Also the hotel needs to have porter service.

The room was clean and big. We liked the shuttle to and from Seville. We used it in the morning and it was always at the allocated spot at 5 pm. Although the breakfast was plentiful, it was expensive. Instead, go to the Mocka Cafe which is a block away.

We really enjoyed our staye at this hotel - it is is a bit outside of the city centre but we had no problems at all getting there using the Metro and the hotel's shuttle bus, which was very regular. Because it is outside of the city centre you get a lot more for your money; the room was an excellent size, the hotel had a lovely outdoor pool and the hotel lobby was really spacious. And the breakfast was amazing! If we go back to Seville we would definitely look to stay here again.
