It was a decent condo! The only thing is there was not enough towels provided for the number of guests. No bathroom rugs, the water from the shower leaks all over the floor in the bathroom and makes the floor soaking wet. Other than that it was a pleasant stay! We were on the 9th floor this time around.

***PARKING*** The unit in tower D is very spacious and comfortable, All equipment works; the a/c, hot shower, running water, fridge, microwave and washer were perfect. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The amenities however is a bit hassle. You only have access to the pool but you have to register each time you have to use it (per day) also you have to pay per person. No access to the gym. And my other problem was, no designated parking. You can find parking only during 9am to 9pm during Mall business hours and you PAY per hour. I couldnt rent a car due to NO Parking designation. So before you consider this property take note, there is no overnight parking. Overall, I like the unit we stayed in, the area was safe and everything is walkable. But not the amenities and the parking situation. I probably will caution my friends to come to this place.

I want to write a glowing review of "The Mini Suites". I normally have many good things to say about other parts of a hotel but not often the front desk. Not at a place as busy as this. But yet, I find myself wanting to write about how incredibly positive every interaction I had at the front desk was. Whether it was busy or late late at night. I was greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. It actually made me stop appreciate the high standard by which they maintain their interactions.
The rooms were small but I knew that going in. It wasn't an issue. The pool was quite nice and I booked this hotel especially for the lane swim length pool. The gym was also nice. Honestly, this location was really convenient. I stayed at another hotel a few days later and felt sorry for leaving this one. I felt like I was getting 4+ star service for 3 star prices. I hope to stay here again when next I'm in Manila.
