The took the fifty dollar deposit off our card three times and it takes days to get back what they messed up. My dad was on a work trip and it almost emptied his bank trying to simply get a room for the night after he broke down. He had to borrow money to get him the rest of the way home cause he only counted on being charged for the room not $150 extra"
