I went to the front desk to ask for new bedding and they sent two cleaners to come change the bedding. They took the blankets and pillows off the bed, threw them on the floor, put a new sheet on, and then put the blankets and pillows back on the bed. My family left immediately. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Broken faucet, unhinged toilet seat, stained sheets… All was forgotten as soon as my son pointed out that there were ants walking on the night stand. We later saw ants on the table, head board, bathroom and ceiling. The hotel was apparently fully booked, maybe due to IronMan competition held in the city, so they could not move us to another room.
