I loved my stay here. Some other review mentioned a train or train noise, but I didn't hear any train or train noise at all. I had one of the most restful night sleeps I've had in a while. It was very clean, an excellent stay, parking was super easy and free, tons of channels on the tv, free internet, free breakfast, It was awesome. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Check in was easy, the staff was nice. Thier site says dog friendly but doesn't mention that there is a $25 fee for each night. Only half the outlets in the room worked. The air conditioning filter looked as if it had never been cleaned before, there was so much dust on the filter. The lamp shades had dust webs on them. The room had an odor to it. The beds were not very comfortable at all. The pool area was nice and sticked with plenty of fresh towels.

There were active train tracks, woke us up throughout the night, couldn’t use the hot tub at night because it was jam packed 15ppl in the hot tub. Pool opened at 9am which was great so I got a spot in the hot tub. Staff was friendly. Water pressure in the shower was great. Overall average experience. Would stay here again but ask for a room on the other side of the building.

Customer service was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Rooms were absolutely filthy and the employees at the front desk made it seem like there was nothing wrong with the room I was staying in since I was ‘staying for one night.’ Absolutely unacceptable.

The bathroom smelled musty and had mold, scuffs on the walls, stains everywhere. One of the beds had no top sheet, the other bed had no support. Limited options for breakfast, cereal, bagels/toast. There was fruit but the bananas were rotten.

I really liked how nice the staff were there. Answered every question I gave them. The rooms, the hall, the comments, the pool, were clean. If I go back to that area I'm definitely going to use their inn again.

Overall good value for price but unfortunately our non smoking room did smell very strongly of cigarettes especially during the first day or two of our stay. Room was decently clean other than a few surfaces such as the table (which was quite sticky) and the bed frame (which had drippy streaks on it. Hopefully it was just cleaner but I’m a bit of a germaphobe). The bathroom door also had to be wrestled with a bit to be shut. The breakfast was nice and included bread, pastries, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, and juice. The pool seemed nice also. Staff that we encountered were nice.
